Great place to view/test/buy high end vehicles. the showroom is well laid out with a great selection of cars to see. Lots of staff who are friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. We dealt with Andy who has been great - nothing too much trouble including arranging test drives and asking questions.

Purchase of my mini

This was an amazing experience and by far the best dealership I have been to. Their service is as amazing as how fast and efficient they are with their work. I was extremely happy when seeing how well they treated their customers. Especially ben who had helped us throughout the process took care of us really well.

Great professional service from the guys here at auto direct the salesman assisted me explaining the features and benefits of the Range Rover to finalising the deal with the sales manager and arranging same day finance so that I can drive away the same day, thanks guys will be back for my wife’s car very soon

Highly recommend

I am always nervous when buying used cars because of previous experiences and i felt the same especially as a unknown dealership. It was during lockdown which made things a little tricker, never the less we were greeted by M the owner, he was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and he is someone that comes across as a real genuine guy. I have only had the car 2 days but so far so good and I assume that will be the case and that I won’t have any problems (touch wood). I highly recommend anyone thinking of visiting the showroom, a huge thank you again M for you help.

Amazing service and customer relationship!

I searched for reviews of this dealer for a long time and the amount of amazing feedback they had got me interested. I went to see them and was immediately put at ease seeing the calibre of cars they had in their showroom.

I will not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone, and have been ever since. Hopefully this review will help in making a decision. It definitely would have made my choice a lot easier.

Great place to buy a car. Every member of staff that spoke to me was friendly, courteous and polite. No one more so than Sam who answered all of my questions with out any issue, and made the whole experience of buying the car more pleasurable. Not one for writing reviews but these guys deserve one! In fact they got two from me. One for the Initial call and chat and one for the sale.
From the first call to M the owner, to him sending me the details ( even photos of highlighting and the cosmetic imperfection as he knew I had OCD with marks on paint work and leather) I visited to look at the car.... no pressure for the M, said to me have a think about it and if it’s the right car give me a call tomorrow. Well that evening we agreed a price and I paid the deposit with Dylan the next day who was also so professional. Sorted my car tax and warranty on the morning of collection.

It’s so refreshing to find a dealer that is not pressuring you, knowledgeable and professional. I genuinely feel M and his team have been transparent and everything we discussed was genuine, M and his team focus on customer service and satisfaction first and then look to find you the car that you will be happy with. Without a doubt this will be my first stop when I ready to move on from the 7 series M sport.

This is the first used car dealer I've ever dealt with. Great and friendly service and they priced my car very competitively. There was a slight issue that cropped up with the vehicle shortly after purchase and they paid for the repairs in full. Can't fault them and highly recommend.

Excellent service. M The manager was very helpful. The price I bought the car was amazing and I am really happy with it, it has been 2 weeks since I bought it. Definitely recommend this trader. I will come back again, he is even looking for another vehicle for me. Hope this helps the other people. All cars are properly checked and you will never have issue with a car you bought from them.

Having had a very good expereince purchasing a Macan from here I found that there was an issue with the lane assist.
My fears that it woud be a battle to get fixed were completely unfounded, as they authorised me to take it to my local Porsche Main dealer and paid the full bill to have the issue rectified.
How nice to find that there are still genuine car traders.
I would highly recommend them.
